309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Pese a tener una historia muy reciente, existen ya bastantes sentencias favorables en las que los tribunales finalmente han dado la raz\u00f3n a la parte demandante, los enfermos de SFC y FM, menos en SQM y EHS, reconoci\u00e9ndole el derecho a percibir pensiones por invalidez permanente (total o absoluta, seg\u00fan el caso concreto de cada\u00a0enfermo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo primordial para poder llegar a una sentencia favorable es disponer de unos buenos informes m\u00e9dicos, si son del sistema p\u00fablico de salud mejor que privados (estos tienen mayor peso en un posible juicio); si es as\u00ed, a\u00fan teniendo que llegar a los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia, se le terminar\u00e1 reconociendo dicha invalidez al enfermo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os dejamos una muestra de algunas de estas <strong>SENTENCIAS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span
